Help with Protein

My favorite protein breakfast: 1 fat free flavored yogurt (I like vanilla or mixed berry), 1 scoop whey protein, 1/2 cup fat free milk, 1 c frozen berries, 2 Tbsp walnuts or almonds. Lots of protein, low fat, and yummy!

Part skim mozzarella cheese sticks are great for eating on the go. Some veggies also have a high protein to calorie ratio Asparagus is one of my favorites.
