I started Induction 9/13 and after the first week I lost 7 lbs. Great. I got past the worst of it and felt energized. Since the 20th, I lost 1.5 lbs and feel stuck. It's almost 3 week s and I have not cheated at all. As a matter of fact I've been under in carbs. I feel tired so I think it may be that i'm not eating enough, but now I find I'm not hungry. My diet calendar is posted if anyone has any ideas. My inches haven't changed and I guess for such a stringent diet I thought I'd be able to lose more while feeling better doing it.

It is not unusual to see a bit of a pause right around week 3 - so you are pretty much on schedule there.

I thought your eating was pretty good
My suggestions for things to tweak
Count your servings of sweetener and limit to 3 - maybe lower
It looks like you may be doing very sweetened Atkins product and some ice coffee with sweetener. Those two may be problematic

Drink plenty of water

Keep going. I think you are doing very well.
If you feel tired
make sure that you eat enough - you could eat a little more
take your vitamins
drink plain water
get exercise

Hope you have a good day

liv001, thanks so much for reaching out and giving me advice. I think i need to reduce atkins products to 1 or none a day. been using them as easy grab and go...will keep on trucking Smile
hope you have a great football/baseball/fun day!

Too early to worry much. At your current weight you should be drinking about 80 ounces of water a day. Too much caffine and Atkins bars may cause you some stall issues. The Akins shakes don't seem to cause stalls.

Trying to stay as close to 60% fat, 30% protein, 10% carb with as close to 25 grams of fiber as you can is good.

Trying to eat every 3 to 4 hours with some protein at each meal gets your metabolism burning steady.

Good luck
