I'm not a vegan, but I have a few vegan cookbooks. The Veganomicon is probably your best bet just because of how many different recipes there are. Another good option is Vegan with a Vengeance by the same author. If you do decide to go vegan, make sure to research vegan nutrition to make sure you don't miss anything. A multivitamin is probably a good idea.

I'm definitely in my zone."

mmmmveganism!! good for you! i'd recommend 'Vegan: The New Ethics of Eating' and 'Diet for a New America'... 'Veganfreak' is also a good read.
If you are after vegan cookbooks or recipe ideas, theres an awesomely massive book called 'La Dolce Vegan' that i have which has hundreds of recipes it. I also like

the marmite gravy is sooo yummy, and theres loads of recipes on

I have been vegetarian since I was diagnosed with cancer almost 5 years ago. After reading the China Study this last month, I have decided to go Vegan. Thanks for the book ideas. I ordered a few books and have really liked Urban Vegan and the Accidental Vegan

I've been vegan for about 5 months now. I would recommend vegan blogs and then you don't have to pay for the books. I like
http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/,
http://www.maplespice.com/,
http://ohsheglows.com/,
http://vegandad.blogspot.com/,
http://kblog.lunchboxbunch.com/,
and though she's not updated in a while
http://veganyumyum.com/.
This is definitely not all healthy food but it's nice to look at, some of it is healthy and pretty much everything I've tried from these bloggers is just delicious!

Thanks Kelsey for the websites. I am a vegan to have have been a vegan/vegitarian for almost 4 years. I fell off the wagon of veganism about 1 year ago, didn't eat meat but ate all the wrong things like candy...and cake...and doughnuts...
Back on the wagon now.

You would think by my nickname I was a vegetarian. But I am not. I do skip alot of foods most people eat. One of my favorite sites for ideas is called AllRecipes.com
