The Fat Fast

After I almost threw in the towel, I read in one of the posts somebody's suggestion of trying the "fat fast". so I searched it on the web, and decided to give it a try. I started on Friday, and up to today (3 days) lost almost 5 lb!!! I know it's not very healthy so I won't stay on it for more than 5 days as suggested, I know I will supposedly gain back some of it, but it gives me hope that I"ve finally "educated" my body to loose weight...

congrats! i have done the fat fast before & it does work. not something you could do long term, but seems to give you a jump start.
