This is kinda of dumb, but I just figured out a really great way to keep me from eating just because I'm bored.
I bought some chapstick (actually it's Blistex Lip Infusion) but I really hate the way it feels because I never wear any kind of make-up or anything, so, I just smear my lips with my blistex and when I reach for something to eat or drink...I don't want it because I have "stuff" on my lips.
Plus...the cherry flavor is kind of gross, so it takes away my "bordom-hunger"

You probably have heard of this for cutting down on eating after dinner but go brush your teeth. It leaves your mouth nice and clean feeling. Also, I enjoy cinnamon gum. If you're watching your carbs, sugar free is usually abt. 2 carbs even though it doesn't have sugar in it. So be careful!
