working straight nights

i have started working straight nights. i'm wondering how i should be counting my calories. midnight to midnight is what i have been doing. i've also been having my heavier meals ie. more carbs during the night since that's when i'm awake. anyone else work nights that can give me some advice on eating?

The Diet Police will not bust down your door and stuff you with celery sticks if you do it "wrong". Pick whatever recording strategy makes the most sense for you.
