It's allowed, but I'm not sure if that is a sustainable approach. Don't you think you'll get sick of it very quickly?

I hope you are just joking. I t would be so unhealthy to just eat raw fruit and veggies let alone yuk and no fun. It's all about balanced eating...every day, every time.

Eating raw whole foods can be very healthy, but it has to be very well planned out. Major sources of protein come from veggies that taste better cooked like lentils and beans.

If you just don't like cooking there are some easy recipes to do where you are only cooking one ingredient, like the brown rice or the dried beans, and using them to make other dishes.

So difficult to make the one ingredient appetizing. I like to do a mixed roasted vegetables with a few different spices to give it a kick, I find it really tasty and not too boring such that I dread meal time.

If there ever was a diet where you could just eat raw vegetables it would have to be phase 1 fat smash...you can cook though of course. Smile
