I would like to change my RDI number for the calories I want to stay under daily and I can't figure it out. How do you change it? Thanks!

I do not think it is possible other than changing the activity profile and/or weight, the RDI is the result of a formula not an input I believe. If you want to decrease/increase it you should change the formula variables. It might be easier to just adjust your goal in percentage of the RDI
