I've heard a lot about vibration plates but I was wondering has anyone here tried them, and are they any good on their own or would you need to do a lot of exercise too? Any advice would be appreciated

Hey,
I think they are a waste of time myself. I went for an induction and was really disappointed with them. I know personally I would have been bored after two sessions and even with doing exercise on them they are limited. If its pure toning you want then they would be ok but for quicker results hit classes or gym. Spinning classes are all the Rage here and burn over 500 calories in each session and tones too xx

I love my home one. I am tired after using it and feel exactly like I've done a big workout at the gym.
