APPLE OATMEAL PANCAKE
. This recipe has 240g calories/serving, 28g protein, 32g carbs and 0g fat! Hope you will all like it. Enjoy!

Sounds good. I make oatmeal pancakes too and they are supper healthy and taste great. Use equal parts, oatmeal, cottage cheese, egg whites, 1 tablespoon milk and about 1 tsp vanilla. Blend well in a blender and you can add more milk if you feel it is too think. Once we cook them they are like a crepe consistency almost and they are about the size of a silver dollar. We do not use syrup usually peanut butter or a nice organic blueberry jam from Trader Joes. Next time I may add applesauce!!
