I just joined yesterday and am going to try you on a diet.over the years i will be 43 by the way i have belonged to weight watchers, nutrisystem,a local diet group, and i cannot remember all there are a lot lol I am 4 feet 11 inches and weigh 230 pounds and want to get to 130 even though dietition said i should be 99-105 pounds with my build.Three times i have lost 100 pounds plus each time, then 52 pounds once and 28 pounds but i gained everything back plus more each time.So here I go again because doctor told me i had to lose this weight and keep it off as my moms family have all died from hjeart problems none except my mom have ever made it to 68 ye3ars.my mom 73 has had 5 heart attacks,2 he3art failures and many strokes but this still does not stop me from eating i try but always fail.I myself have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabete,I have had 2 strokes one at 38 years and again at 41 dr says i will be lucky if i make it to 45 if i do not lose the weight that is scary to me as i have daughter also overwight who needs me yet when that birthday cake looks at me i have to have it and ice cream of courselol i have a birthday about twice a month lol you are pr4obably or definitely thinking when is this woman going to shut up looh yeah and i have very supportive husband who is a health nut.I body size makes about 2 and and a half of my hubby.ok i am shutting up now.

I feel your hopeless drowning feeling. My life has been a roller coaster of diet failures and successes over and over. My health problems are numerous as are yours. I am starting only today and do not understand this sight. I feel like a kindred spirit. Maybe we can help one another. I have almost 200 pounds to go. This is my shameful admission.
