nutritional counts

just started this site today and am wondering if there is a way to add in sodium and sugar count to the info on the diet calendar, as it is very important for me to track these

Go to My Fatsecret and then My Account on account tools. You can select which items you want to show.

click on "edit preferences" on the page where you enter your food and you can choose from there. I hope this helps.
