Hi,

I have responded to your post "saddened". I wondered if you would take offence at my suggestion that you may be "sedentary" rather than moderately active so I just want to say here that no offence was intended. Reading your profile I see we are about the same age etc so my suggestion was something I thought might be relevant. A

Downloaded this app on my droid about May 2. Did not bother looking to see that there is a whole community to type at. I'm an overweight, unemployed, 53yr young college student. I weighed in at the DR's at 303 5/2, down to 268.8 now.

Hello finding what works and is sustainable for you is key. Also burning more calories then what we consume is part of the equation too. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck
