Can anyone recommend a good monitor so I can better track calories burned during a workout? I want to see how accurate I am in my calories burned. Also, if I got a monitor would it matter that I take a pill because my heart beats too fast, so if that slows it down, I'm wondering if I need to take that into consideration when I work out.
Thanks in advance,
Mar Wink
