you can try this link
http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/calories-burned.php
This estimate is based on your body weight, height, age, gender, and your average level of activity.
You can use this information to help you figure out how many calories you should be consuming to maintain your weight. On active days, you'll need more calories, so it's okay to eat a little more than you would on an average day. But on more sedentary days, you may want to reduce your calorie intake. If you want to lose weight, try to stay below your calorie needs or increase your activity level. However, make sure you are eating nutritious meals and not restricting your calories too much - eating too little or losing weight rapidly can be unhealthy and dangerous.

As a general rule, losing 1 lb of fat takes a calorie restriction of 3500 calories.
Spread out over a week, this would be 500 calories per day.
So, math will tell us that to lose one pound in a week you need to burn 500 calories more than you consume. You can do this my eating less or working harder.
If you want to lose two pounds per week, simply go for 1000 calories less per day.
To find out what you need to consume/burn, use the RDI calculator here on Fatsecret, and enter your exercise as well.
Good luck.

lmbr,
A lot of good advice listed here! The key to your 1-2lbs a week is negative 500-1000 calories a day; which Kingkeld stated. That's basic science since there's 3500 calories in a lbs of fat & (500 x 7 days = 3500 calories).
When I work with clients I focus 90% on nutrition because there's no such thing as immediate results, if we're planning on keeping the weight off. It's all about learning Healthy Habits, so you can start to make smart decisions. I focus on losing 2-5lbs a week; which is a healthy weight.
Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions.
