Can someone please explain to me how to enter exercise to my diet calendar? I'm confused!!

Are you using your smart phone or the website? On the website off to the left it says enter food/exercise. Click exercise

I'm using the website. I've seen where you can enter but I don't understand the sleeping time and resting reduce and increase by.???

Your body burns calories constantly no matter what you're doing - breathing, thinking, digesting food, operating your immune system, etc all take energy. It's just a matter of how much. FS is set up to account for 24 hours a day- it defaults to 8 hrs sleep and 16 hrs rest. If you enter in an hour of walking, for example, it automatically takes it out of rest. Once you've entered in that activity, the only way to remove it or change is is to reduce or increase it. So if you entered in your hour of walking and wanted to increase it to 2 hours, you'd increase by 1 hour - if you wanted to remove it entirely, you'd reduce by 1 hour. When you add activities, you're just reallocating that 24 hours and substituting activities that burn more calories with activities that burn less, and vice versa.

issue with the app
I just re.-downloaded this app. I used it begore on my old phone and loved it. Its excellent. I'm finding my food diary screen is displaying multiple screens at the same time. Is it a bug? Liz
