I want to separate my six meals. Currently there are only 4. How can I add 2 more, like "late breakfast" or "Last Meal before bed"?

at this time it is not possible to do so.
if it bothers you add the time you ate the food item to the description, however meal timing and nutrient partitioning is irrelevant to body weight and composition so I don't see why it's bothering you.

Six small meals a day is a good way to boost your metabolism actually. It keeps your body in a fat burning state. I don't know if you were asking about how to record it or how to space it. There isn't another way to record it but as far as spacing it...you should have breakfast,mid-morning, lunch, afternoon, dinner, and evening. The first three should be eaten somewhere before 2:00. However, breakfast should be eaten within the first half hour of waking and each meal following should be eaten 2 to 3 hours after the last meal so if you follow that, you'll do well. Hope that helps.

Actually, like I stated before meal timing and/or frequency has no effect on metabolism or weight loss. there are not certain times that one must eat. meals DO NOT have to be eaten within 2-3 hours of each other and one does NOT have to eat "breakfast" (as in a morning meal) especially not within 30 minutes of waking up. And please do not say that one shouldnt eat before going to sleep or that carbs should be tapered because that is also false.
the thermic effect of eating is dependent on the types of food you eat, not frequency. protein requires up to 25% of calories consumed, carbs 5-20% and fat <5% of the calories which they provide.

I'm sure you could find a million different arguments and websites to argue back and forth but when it comes down to it, what works for one person might not work for another, so find what works for you. Here is one site that explains a little more about why it's a good idea to eat more smaller meals. While it is childish to argue back and forth over a forum, I originally replied to simply answer a question and offer some feedback, not to argue about whether someones diet choice was proper. With that said rwbohart, I hope you've found the answers you were looking for and I wish you the best in your journey to a healthy lifestyle.

sure you could find articles, but you cannot find peer reviewed studies demonstrating how increased meal frequency increases metabolism because it simply does not. if you like to eat every 2-3 hours fine, but it's unnecessary and has no dire4ct effect on weightloss, it simply just keeps you satiated so you don't over eat.

It all comes down to preference. Octoberbride, you're suggesting that small frequent meals make a difference metabolically and you're incorrect. That is old data and only makes dieting more difficult.
Love your food or risk failure. No quick fixes, this is a lifestyle change. No extremes are needed just consistency.
