I have found that exercising on a vibration plate shortens my routine by about 80%, yet I still feel the burn.

Recent study found group using vibration plate in exercise lost 11% of body weight during study period versus 6% loss in those that did exercise but without the use of vibration plate. I have a home made unit, but they also have them at my gym.

My best day is around 2.5 pounds in 1 day using combination of this type of exercise, diet, and metabolism boosting supplements.

My routine is: one-leg squats, push-ups, core leg raises sitting on platform, plank pose, and side raises. The whole routine takes about 10 minutes. I try to do each exercise to muscle failure.
