There are not many people in this group, so we will have to stick together with some support. I am starting S4L for the second time. I lost 40 pounds, but unfortunately gained it back. Not this time.

I thought the diet was pretty good. I was satisfied, and it was easy to eat out.

I'm looking for some soup recipies. Anyone????

I feel your pain. I did the exact same thing, lost 40, gained it all back. I started back on S4L the end of January. I've lost 17 lbs so far. Sorry I don't have any soup recipes. Good Luck!

If you gained the weight back, the diet didn't work Smile

Not saying this to make anybody feel bad or anything, but to consider a diet successful, you can't gain the weight back. That means that you didn't learn a way of eating you could maintain for life. It has to be something you understand and enjoy, a way you WANT to eat.

ALL diets work to lose weight, but the only ones that will work for permanent weight loss are the ones that teach you to change your lifestyle permanently. Remember old habits = old body. There's just no way to get around that.

Good luck whatever you do Smile

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
You can use shakes for a few days. I have used the Atkins shakes and they are very good tasting. Soups are good though as stated above you may have to puree them. You could puree or blend cottage cheese ...
