Hi, I'm Monika and started dieting at the end of February of this year. My starting weight was 232 and I'm down to 189 right now. I would love to have some buddies to help through those sucky days
I would especially love to be in touch with people who have RA so I can get some new exercise ideas.

Hey sounds like you've been doing great, I've only started the end of June excerising and watching what i eat. I have knee problems and need to get the weight off. It's not easy to find exerises that don't hurt.

Hi Monica, I don't have RA, but have Fibromyalgia. I have been doing the clean eating lifestyle and using AdvoCare supplements. I am pain free and have energy for the first time in ages! I found the best excersice to me were things like Yoga, walking, swimming, circut training. If you want to be my buddy just send me a request. I am always looking for peeps to bounce encouragement and ideas off of. I noticed your wieght ticker is in kg, where are you from?

Hi Monica!! I'm glad your here!
While I don't have RA I do understand what it is like to live with disc-degeneration. Due to a large number of broken bones and genetics I had a tremendous amount of weight gain over the years. Fortunately, I have made myself aware of which foods to avoid and the ones that are beneficial to weight loss, along with a healthy life! Currently I am down 30 pounds with eating the right foods and I feel so much better!
Best of luck!

Hi Monica! I have quite a bit of weight to lose as well. I am ready to do this. I have had thyroid issues, but resently have fixed them. Let's do this together! I am doing a lowfat high protein diet. Nothing is off limits for me. I would love a buddy to talk diet foods with. I am always finding low fat delicious foods and am ready to share them... Krista

Hello
Hello finding what works and is sustainable for you is key. Also burning more calories then what we consume is part of the equation too. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck
