I think my scale is off. It says that I weigh 145 first thing in the morning, but when I weighed myself at the gym it said I weigh 150. Great; now I need a new scale. Any suggestions on pocket book friendly scales that are accurate?

You're going to weigh different based on time of day. When you weigh yourself at home are you in the same clothing? Have you eaten anything yet? Pick one scale and go with it. Not sure why you're using the one at the gym if you already weighed yourself at home.

A gym typically has a medical quality scale. A home scale will have a little inaccuracies depending on brand and quality. As sherilyn70 stated you should always weigh yourself at the same time each day and on the same scale. Using multiple scales can be misleading. Also what surface does your home scale sit on. A lot of newer homes/apartments have carpet everywhere. Scales typically work best on a solid surface.

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
It depends. I can't stand eating it with fruit or anything sweet, like most people do.

COCONUT WATER
I love coconut water & prefer Harmless Harvest raw coconut water. It's more expensive, but worth it, I think. I get it at Whole Foods or a local health food store.
