So I went to the grocery store with my mom last night. I picked up (2) 10 lb. bags of potatoes~ one in each hand & said to my mother.."Look this is how much weight I've lost"~ it was awesome! I can't belive how 20 lbs weighs so much when your holding it in your hands!~

Heh. My mom probably would have said something like, "that's great honey" and then offered me a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup at the checkout.

Great job on the 20 lbs! It is *awesome* to have that additional visual reminder of how far you've come. Isn't it so nice to know that you don't have to heft that up the stairs anymore unless you're really craving some mashed potatoes Very Happy

Does anybody really think that they didn't get what they had because they didn't have the talent or the strength or the endurance or the commitment?

Thanks Smile it's a work in progress, definitely helps to avoid those Reese's!
