Any Ideas for a first CRUISE phase Breakfast

Hi there, just joined today, been on the ATTACK phase for 7days today. Starting Cruise tommorow.

Lost 8.4lbs so far, quite pleased!

Does anyone know any meals that would be a great satisfactory way to introduce back veg to my meals...

Any suggestion welcome! Very Happy

I've started the attack phase today. How've you been doing with the diet on the Cruise phase?
Adding veggies surely wasn't hard as you're adding more fun ingredients... You can think of a vegetable omelette. No need of oil in this one. You can also prepare a vegetable lasagna... so you cut veggies in clices, put thm one over the other, and in between any protein you may like, maybe salmon fish, or chicken. There are lots f ways to play with ingredientes. Good luck! And hope to know you're doing good in this diet!

Your best bet is to make your own if you can. I haven't been able to find a store bought one without a bunch of sugar and additives, but maybe someone else has.

BMI
Ur right...My BMI shows that I shud weigh around 135...Haven't been that size since 2000...I'm thinking that its only bc of my height (5'1)...I dnt want 2 lose no more than 140-145...anything ...

Proteins
I have read you should eat at least 90 gr of protein every day so you wont burn off muscle. If you combine ths with 50 gr of carbs and 20 gr of fat,you will loose. Hard to do tho
