I'm having a big issue, I am trying to do good but there is one problem, the only thing that I keep craving are nuts and seeds, almonds, cashews, pecans, just any nut or seed and I don't know why? what nutrient am I missing? I'm following the insanity nutritional plan

Im not familiar with the insanity program. Does it severly restrict fat intake? Your body needs healthy fats to function properly. You could just need more fats in your diet. Nut and seed fats are healthy when eaten in moderation. Try eating a couple tablespoons and see if this helps with the cravings. Or choose to add some heart healthy fats to your day in other ways.
You will never know how strong you are until you have no other choice.

I have done the Insanity program as well asnd loved it..Shaun T is CRAZY! You should be able to add the nuts into the plan. I say if your body is craving it, give it wat it needs! Just watch the calorie count if you are trying to stay in a certain range.

just eat them....love avocados sandwich idea avocado, tomato slices, cheese,on healthy whole wheat bread. Best when tomatoes are in season.
