You can find a recipe close to what you made, or you can make your own recipe and include all the ingredients you used.

This got me curious - I just googled to see if anything listed how many calories in a spray of olive oil...iChange had this listed:

So, if you're using this brand of sprayer, looks like 10 calories per spray. Not sure if that helps you out or not. Joyce

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
