yay i just reached the 20kg(44lbs) lost count
to some of yall it might not be alot but this is my first diet so im really thrilled lol
i know i still have ALOT to go
but its really motivating, i even feel confident enough in my eating habbits that i dont even track food anymore.
i just really hope it continues this way.
