My gym recently had an link to an article about a 71 year old woman who held the world record for longest plank - 36 minutes 58 seconds. Even crazier than her senior citizen status, she used to be 110lbs heavier!

I guess it was broken by a former marine who planked for 1 hour 20 minutes 5 seconds. Talk about crazy!

So...this makes me think I need to work on mine, if a grandma can best me by 35 minutes 58 seconds!

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.

You should create a plank challenge! Not sure of the logistics haha, but gradually make them longer every day?
