Hey! Im a 27 year old single mom who works full time and is very educational minded. I am currently gearing up to work on PhD. Needless to say, I have focused more on other things in my life than myself. My family (they are all thin) doesnt seem to think there is anything wrong with my weight and have often hindered my progress. I would love to have some new buddies that know what Im going through and would be there for motivational help.
Live, Love, and Laugh often!

In the beginning you are born. In the end you will die. The important thing is what you do with the middle. How will you make a difference?

I just turned 29 and I have the same issue with my family, all thin(except me) or even the few that aren't so thin think it's fine. They think I am fine just the way I am. God lov'em for that but sometimes that just makes it seem ok to overweight because "They love me just the way I am." Problem is...that I don't. I would love to have someone else to talk to who gets this. Add me or however it works if you doSmile

I'm new to this but the whole family thing I totally get. You can add me and we could motivate each other.
