I love my Tanita scale. I have no idea how accurate the body fat reading is though since I don't take it seriously. All I can say is the number has gone down from 50 to 44 since I started losing weight. I've read though that scales like that tend to only read the lower body percentage and not the total body percentage because of how it conducts the test.

if you exercise hard 90 min a day, make sure you don't eat far too Little, that may be setting yourself up for a binge too!
