if youre looking for an excuse one is as good as another and thats the only thing that will be achieved and that wont help us at all, so as my mother always says you got to back your ears and get in there and do it, it actually gets to be easy after you get into the swing of things. i will say starting it is half the battle the other is staying with it, but if we ask for the strength and determination He will help us, have faith and believe.

This is the first time I have actually allowed God into my eating!!!! He helped me get clean and sober....helped me quit smoking.....and has helped with many many other negative behaviors. But I never really wanted help with the food thing. I am just trying to eat the way I know He designed us to eat......feeding the machine with good stuff. It is working.

It finally clicked with me last month. God put the verse on my heart, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." He told me, "Becky, that means for you and food, you can ONLY do this through Christ. You cannot (obviously) do this on your own." I had to humble myself to this fact, but since then, God's power has really worked to make it possible for me to do what I need to do and see this is as the way my life will be going forward - regular exercise, tracking what I eat, eating "real" food.
If hunger isn't the problem, then food isn't the answer.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
