I am going to start the Fat Flush plan on Monday and wanted to know any advice people can share on using and prepping for this diet. Thanks in advance!

Yeah. DON'T DO IT! The Fat Flush plan is one of those systems that restricts a person so much that all the work they did is often negated by a bing once it's over. Also, your system is rebooted and once you start eating more regularly, as one eventually does even if it's healthy, you start to see a weight gain again. A better idea is to read the book and take the information with a grain of salt. Many of the tips are good for anyone looking to lose weight or be generally more healthy. As a plan though, it has amjor set backs... just an opinion.

View my most recent journal entry for a suggested eating plan. I don't work for the company and am not trying to sell anything. It's just a plan I REALLY believe can work!

I did the FFP 2 weeks, when I came back from holidays. Just to go back on track after 2 weeks of overindulgence! like Kmayer said, read the book and use it like a guideline, not like an exact science...
health is a choice. it's a gift we choose to do to ourselves.
