Have lost 3.3 lbs in 9 days....:Not too bad,,,, but have not done much exercise and cheated on the weekend with alcohol....

if you exercise hard 90 min a day, make sure you don't eat far too Little, that may be setting yourself up for a binge too!

I do the 8 hour window of eating most of the time and it generally works just fine for me. I don't know if it has any special properties but it helps me manage my calories easily Interesting read ...
