My Medifast counselor shared a website with me www.sandyskitchenadventures.com and it is WONDERFUL. A real fresh take on foods you can make that are Medifast compliant and delicious. The Taco Bake was like I was cheating and the cauliflower pizza crust was the best recipe I've found.

This website has made my Medifast journey much more exciting!

Those nacho cheese ball things are horrible! My mother in law likes them and gave me a pack and I could barely choke down the whole thing!
