I started my journey to get healthy in January 2012. Since, I have lost 43 lbs and have a little over 30 to go to reach my goal. I joined Take Shape for Life and have an awesome health coach which guides me every step of the way through ordering and eating the Medifast replacement meals. I am so glad I found this program and will not stop until I reach my optimal health.

Hi there people! Is anyone aware of a way I can export all my raw data? It would be cool to be able to do a bit of custom analysis/visualisation. Cheers, Dan.

Those nacho cheese ball things are horrible! My mother in law likes them and gave me a pack and I could barely choke down the whole thing!
