I have been attending Bekrum yoga on a daily basis for the past seven days. Has any body lost weight doing this form of exercise?

Yes i have reduce weight doing yoga. Yoga is one of the best and effective way to lose weight.

No one loses weight by doing exercise. You lose weight by eating in a calorie deficit. If you choose to exercise by doing yoga to raise your TEE so you can eat more then so be it, but the yoga is no way responsible for you losing weight.

I love vinyasa yoga and find it really helps with random little back pains and stress, but didn't lose weight until I added walking/jogging/biking to the mix. But compared to other exercise it leaves me feeling so great and not creaky and old!

Swollen ankles???
