Every morning, and seeing my weight fluctuates is the most frustrated thing and can definitely ruin my whole day

Weight fluctuates naturally. Just observe the overall trend over time. That'll give you a better idea at how you're doing
Stay the course, stay on point, stay motivated, dedicated, and you won't be stopped. Discipline. Perseverance. Focus. Dig deep and you will be victorious.

Every morning but I think I'll switch to once or twice a week so I won't drive myself crazy about fluctuating weight

I use a weight tracker program called LIBRA to weigh myself everyday. It varies (up to 4 pounds from day to day), but it tells me how I am doing in weight trends and I can guage if I am dehydrated.

lol every morning, after the bathroom and in the buff before the shower.
That way I don't have to account for clothes variances. Occasionally I will weigh at night to see the fluctuation. But most of the time it's just in the morning. The fluctuation usually goes along with how well I stayed on track the day before.

Every morning. Helps me keep on track. Don't worry about 1/2 lb. fluctuation, but any more than that, makes me review what I've eaten.

Officially once a week to determine weight loss. But acutally every morning before shower. It keeps me motivated.

Also offically on Tuesdays, but everyday after shower before dressing. On the days I workout hard I weigh after I am done to see how much I have sweated.

I weigh myself every other day. I was only doing so on the weekends but found out it was so hard to gain control of how I was doing during the week.

I weigh once a week, first thing in the morning, after emptying the bladder! Last week we had a family bbq on Sunday so I weighed THAT morning (instead of on Monday, JUST IN CASE I didn't behave
I love this site and after reading some of the replies, I think once I reach my goal (Oh PLEASE let me reach my goal!) I would weigh more often, just to keep things in check.

There are pros and cons of weighing everyday or once a week. I think it is better to weigh yourself once a week because I believe that losing weight is a slow process. Weekly monitoring will show if you've done good in the past 7 days.

I weigh in every morning but I record every loss if lose every day. Monday is usually the cut off time for me officially though. I don't let the fluctuating frustrate me because I know if I remain consistant the weight loss will take care of itself.

Weekly usually on Sunday or if I can't help myself but weight myself in the week and I am the lightest weight I record it to hold myself accountable for it to maintain it. If I weight myself in the week I am over it lets me hold myself accountable to lose it by Sunday's weight in.

I usually weigh in everyday, but I believe once a week is better . It gives you time to see and feel the difference.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I prefer to exercise in the morning too. Partly because by the time evening rolls around, I'm worn out (two toddlers will do that to you) and partly because I just know me. If I get up at 5:30am, ...
