i quit cold turkey friday night i was smoking a ciggerett and just desided i want to quit and so far it sucks
i been smoking on and off since i was 12

One thing I told a friend who was trying to quit. You have to see every day that you do not smoke as a victory over your addiction. Do you have any support group you can go to? That might help. Also, tell everyone you know that you are quitting. That way, they will be there to call you out, if you decide to light up.
Try to enjoy every interesting change. Like for instance, after you stop smoking for awhile, food will start to have more taste. Also your sense of smell will become more intense.
Regular exercise will also help with the stress of cravings. It's a myth that you gain weight when you quit, unless you make food a substitute addiction.... and chew gum.
