Has anyone noticed a performance hit with the newly updated Calorie Counter? It's slow and the advertisments get in the way of inputting data.

I don't know when it was updated, but I couldn't get certain foods to go into my diet calendar ALL day yesterday. I emailed Fat Secret through the "contact us" link and they had it fixed within MINUTES. Much better than the Weight Watchers site I came from that would take days to WEEKS to fix something!
Started South Beach Diet Phase 1 on 12/30/12. I *WILL* get to goal this time!

I am not keen on the adverts - are we going to be able to buy a premium ad free version?? I would (depending on the cost) as I use it so much and the adverts are a pain.

Right.. they are really getting in the way, which might just be the meaning!

I have accidentally clicked several times on the ones next to snack entries, and I guess someone profits from those clicks.. if the ads were at all meaningful or humorous, I might be less fed up with them, but as it is I'm beginning to think of dropping the app from my Android.

this still happens for me. I'd gladly pay for an ad-free version! the ads just slow it down. (android 2.1 Samsung vibrant)

I also want to pay for an ad free version. Not sure why that isn't available...
