Just starting on nutrisystem

Does anyone have the diet plan that needs to be followed? I tried their website but it seems that you need to place an order before you get the plan. Not sure if I just missed the info. At the top it says "Join For Free" There's also a FAQ on the "Help" option at the top. And I see a community board. I've never used this program before, so I'm not really sure. My answer to water retention is Alfalfa Tabs. I take 3 a day and find they are a natural diuretic and work great for me. No more water balloons.

by member jammers don't over exercise, you'll be too hungry to avoid cheating. i do 1 hour each day, 45 mins elliptical and 15 weights/crunches. 08 Aug 09 for diet NutriSystem
