I gave you the wrong name of the diet from overseas!! Get it on the internet: The Dukaners.com - as I said before, it's something like the Atkins, only better. Read about it and you can buy the book or you can get a free E-book. Anyway look it up and see what the talk is all about.

Avocados
Avocado mixed with salt, pepper, chives, a little white vinegar just to make smooth. Mix it up and spread it on bread w/ a tomato and spinach leaves! THE BEST!!!
