I signed up for this site and now have decided to shoot for greater weight loss than I originally intended. How do I go about changing my goal weight in my entries?
Any help someone can give would be appreciaated.

You can find this information in the FAQ link at the bottom of the page:
"How do I change my goal weight?
Go to your "My FatSecret" page and in "my toolbox" box click on "my diet". Once there click on "change goal weight" and you can enter a new goal weight."

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.

Salad dressing
Your best bet is to make your own if you can. I haven't been able to find a store bought one without a bunch of sugar and additives, but maybe someone else has.
