I am not a South Beacher but found a fantastic site that has some of the best recipes. I do not like to cook at all and my family hates "diet food" but everyone loves the recipes I get off of this site and I really enjoy cooking them:

The diet rolls recipe I found on here is great for this diet and i know fulfills my craving for bread and also the zucchini noodles is a big hit with me. Fulfills my pasta cravings 100%. I slice the zucchini into spaghetti like strands so it looks like green pasta too!

I have a ton of great recipes, but good luck on trying to share them....I posted a new recipe well over a month ago and it is still being reviewed for publication....wth? I think I'll add them to my cookbook on Food.com and then post a link here.

Try the website Kalyn's Kitchen. She has tons of SB recipes for Phase One, as well as two and three.
