How do you figure out how many calories you need to maintain your weight?

Here is what I read: for women - 1000 calories for the first 5 feet of your height, plus 100 calories for each inch over 5 feet. Then add the calories for any exercise that you do per day. Haven't gotten to maintenance myself yet though!

The RDI calculator is the way to go here. It calculated mine as 2,600 but I set it to 2,500... which still seems high but I'll take it Wink
