I allow one cheat day per week. This way I can put off a craving until my cherished cheat day. And I go hog wild!!Laughing

Be careful of binge eating. One meal 'off diet' to keep your body guessing should be enough.

I find that one "free" day sets me back the entire week of progress....so frustrating...

only check your wt the morning of your cheat day. and very highly vigilant the rest of the week.
