I know all good things must come to a temporary stall,I hope anyway!The last four days I have been having a protein shake after my workout,this is the only real new thing I have added into my diet in the last eight weeks also I have been adding a small piece of bannana to the shake,only twice I have done this.Could this explain weight gain?

I woke up three pounds havier this morning and all I did was go out to a work lunch yesterday and scarfed down a few handfuls of tortilla chips and guacamole with my chicken fajita salad. I HATE the scale!!!
