i would need to see your food journal, but assuming you are entering everything you are eating ... the pie chart is the break down between protein, carbs and fat. it is simply a division of your calories based on what you have recorded. Also, remember, a fat gram contains 9 calories, while both protein and carb grams contain 4 calories. so even if you ate 100g of chicken and 100g of a carb ... if you ate 50 g of fat, the number of calories from fat will be higher than both protein and carbs ... the pie chart is a quick way to see what your daily breakdown is ... also, many proteins and carbs will add to your fat grams as well - it really is important, once you are eating regularly, and not on Atkins, to keep your fat intake in check. not sure of Atkins ... but i am guessing since induction you are to go low on carbs, it is ok to have high fat ... but you should really put the emphasis on protein over fat. all days vary depending on what you eat that day. new pie chart daily.

I cannot see your food
But yes if you are on the Atkins diet fat would make up most of your calories - probably between 60 and 70 percent.
Carbs on induction should be around 4

Sounds like you are doing it right.
