Yah! When we can see our whole day it does made things easier! It is nice to be able to choose a food and then adjust the amount so that we stay within the RDI.

its great for taking info to the nutritionalist too. they can see exactly what your doing and help you find better ways of eating when they see the adjust you already made.

I've tried low carb and low fat diets, but I enjoy counting those calories; my food variety is endless when I count calories.

What I like about writing them all down is that you can then see what's the thing that is the biggest percentage of RDI.
I had no idea that cheese was the biggest part of my RDI. I mean it's cheese not an ice cream!

ive tried every diet and always failed but counting the calories is so much easier ive lost 18lb in 7 weeks and still feel motivated to carry on!
