I started on this site in Jan 08. I had a lot of weight to lose, over 100 pounds. I did it - In total, I lose about 125 pounds. Just over a year ago, I lost my job, my mother got very ill, and with all the stress and everything, I was thrown into a HUGE funk, and I've gained about 30 pounds back.
I'm having a really hard time getting my focus back. Actually, thats not true - I was focused, but it seemed like I was focused on seeing how much weight I could gain, and how much I could punish myself with it. I did it like it was my new job. I know it doesn't make sence, but mentally, its where I was for about a year. Before all this, I went to the gym every single day (usually twice a day) ate clean, and watched my caloric intake. I need to get back to that.
So to the point of this post.... I have a few, very good, very close friends that are still here with me, supporting me, but for the most part, everyone has vanished. I need some more people to buddy up with that will help keep me accountable. People that journal daily, and that comment on their buddies journals, and give good, helpful advice.
So if your up to the task, send me a buddy request, and lets help each other lose the weight that we are looking to shed.

I have about 50 lbs. to go and FS has really been a good tool for me. Helps keep me AWARE. I DO use my Weight Watchers tracker but since FS doesn't figure my points for me I keep it (the phone app has been a life saver!) I will send you a buddy request because I also like having a support system (the more the better!) and sharing ideas, encouragement and recipes!
