So, how many points you think is in both boobs of a walmart rotisserie chicken?

I'd look up roasted chicken breast...

I would take it off the bone and weigh it if you can. Its the only way to get anything resembling accuracy. Then you can do what the King said and look up chicken breast or what have you.

I get chickens here, and am overseas where we have tiny chickens. A half chicken is 6 Ozs of meat de-boned (and de-skinned). If you lookup 1/2 rotisserie chicken in the DB some of them claim 900 calories, etc. Way off.
