Does Weight Watchers have a dine-out companion guide? I am looking for a points value list for restaurants and fast food joints.

I am just looking for a place where I can check points values for some of my fav food joints. My friends and I meet up at least once a week for a meal, I am a flexatarian so I believe the guide will help me to make smart choices rather than emotional ones....
Thanks JinksE21!
